Close enough for off the peg Cairo Marion?

Hi all, not sure if this should be here or general discussion as its Indy gear but not for Indy. Just bought this for my wife as for off the peg I think its a pretty good make do Cairo blouse for Marion. That and it was only £15 (about $22).
