Nice. Set aside about an hour though, if it's just you two playing. My brother and I found it a bit time consuming the first time but once you have done it and if you have three or four players, it doesn't take quite as long.

I still enjoy the game. It's almost like an RPG to me, but not quite as long and not as complicated as some are. As Rocket said, the changing board helps bring down repetitiveness down and I also noticed that the pathways to some of the artifacts in the DVD games change (esp the Ark's one and the 2nd challenge for the Grail). So there is some random-ness in the programming.

Yeah, I play a fair bit but I never really look stuff up over the net about board games. So I'm not a collector per say.

Hi everyone, first post here though I've lurked off and on for a couple of years. I'm a regular at BoardGameGeek and a while back I created a Indiana Jones Board Game Geeklist. This has the full list of Indiana Jones games in the BoardGameGeek database (all 12 of them), plus the two RPG's, sorted by rank.

Is there an artist credit anywhere on the Indiana Jones monopoly game? And is there an artist credit anywhere in the booklets or pieces from the Raiders of the Lost Ark Parker Brothers Board game?

Neither game has artist listings but because here's a close look at the Monopoly...

Indy Board Games

Has anyone ever seen this?
I've looked in the internet but couldn't find this game anywhere, besides here in Brazil. It's called "Jovem Indiana Jones e o Mistério do Labirinto" (Young Indiana Jones and the Mystery of the Labyrinth).

I've found it in a brazilian site and I pretend to buy it soon, but since I've never found an international equivalent, I tought I could share it with you guys.

Anyone have this?

Ooh, I'd definitely like to know more about this. It'd be sweet if it includes an original story.

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping too.
I remember seeing the game in a friend's house a long time ago, when I was a kid, I asked him if we could play it, but he said some essential pieces were missing.

Hi, Violet. There are also these threads below. (Wouldn't it make more sense to have this topic in the Collecting Indy section?)

Der Weg nach Timbuktu
Board Game: "Partez a la Recherche des Tresors Perdus"

@IndyBr: Never seen that Young Indy game before but it looks interesting.

Created a Hasbro page on the main site. As usual let me know if I'm missing anything.
Also found this ancient page not linked anywhere:
http://www.theraider.net/information...oard_games.php
And there are surely more games, to be filed.

Does anyone have the cardboard Monopoly box? Seems rare.

Indy Board Games

Hey everyone, me and some friends are going to be having an Indiana Jones themed Halloween party where everyone is to be dressed as someone from the Indy universe. I'm going as Mola Ram and hope to take best costume haha. We want to have some Indy activities during the party as well and thought a good way to start everything off would be with some board games. I know of the Game of LIFE and Monopoly Indy versions, but are there any other Indiana Jones board games I should know about? Something wacky and ridiculous would be awesome especially after Monopoly/LIFE.

Any suggestions welcome, any if anyone wants to give us some suggestions for other activities such as drinking games or general party games that would be great. We have some stuff planned but would welcome some new ideas. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Nevada. Welcome to The Raven.

Here's a thread that mentions several of the various board games out there: Indy Board Games

An idea for a drinking game could be to have an array of cups & glasses filled with water but one of them has vodka, gin or white rum in it. Draw straws (or something similar) and the winner of each round gets to pick a cup...hopefully being the one with the alcohol.

Call it, "Choose the Booze" !

There's a free card game that you could download and print out from an Austrian Indy fan site, Indy's Gamble.

Ah thank you, I was trying to find a thread about board games here but I guess I was not searching right. I like the sound of that game as well, we got our hands on some clear whiskey so that could make it really interesting.

Found one that was listed online that we might order, but Monopoly might be a little heavy for a booze influenced Halloween party.

I came upon the motherload of Indy games, but I don't know how good most of them are going to be. I found a website that had some used Indiana Jones games and I was able to get everything I needed from them. I found the Game of Life, Monopoly, the interactive DVD game, Akator Temple race; plus someone was even selling an Indy loot crate on there. It should all be arriving next week, I will let you all know how they play when I get them!
