French Adaptations?

On a lark, I did a search on amazon.com to see if there were any copies of Jerome Jacobs's French Young Indy stories available through amazon marketplace. As expected, there aren't any. However, the search did reveal two adaptations, for Temple of Doom and the Last Crusade. I wanted to get some more info, so I did a similar search on amazon.fr. It had a listing for a Raiders adaptation as well. Are these really adaptations of the films by Jacobs, or are they merely French translations of English adaptations? If the former, they're original to France, as far as I can tell.

Nobody knows if they're original adaptations?
