im not sure if any body posted this already,couldnt find it...

i was wondering wouldnt Shannon be in the young Indy movies or was he not supposed to be there at the time? i never knew even reading the books.

(but it would of been neat to have him in the movies!)

To answer your question, though, no. Indy only meets Jack at the University of Chicago
which is basically where the Young Indy series finishes and not much of his campus life is seen.
Unfortunately, there are no cross-overs between the show/the books and Shannon is little
more than a creation of Rob MacGregor's.

I agree, it would have neat to see him in "Mystery of the Blues"!(y)
