I saw that lot. That is quite a few Indy figures, I can't wait to see your customs when they are finished!

I picked up a few extras at WalMart the other day. It's strange, of the three WalMarts in my area, only one still has Indy figs, the others have shipped them off. Quite sad actually, I miss seeing them on the shelves. Anyone know what stores the extras are going to end up in? I heard Big Lots mentioned. How long before they show up?

I just got this email from Sideshow. Apparently the Belloq figures are arriving at the warehouse in 2 weeks.

Dear Valued Collector,

Thank you for your pre-order of the Dr. Rene Belloq 12-inch Figure with Idol Chamber Environment ? Sideshow Exclusive (item #39081) from our Indiana Jones collection. We appreciate your patience in waiting for the arrival of this Limited Edition collectible, and would like to inform you that this item will be arriving in our Los Angeles warehouse in approximately 15 days.

Sooner than I expected.

Got some more Indy stuff today. From the Hasbro 3.75" line:
Colonel Dovchenko (2nd)
Cemetary Warrior (3rd - will open one up so I got two to display/play with)
Marion Ravenwood (2nd)
Indy with Machine Gun (2nd)
Young Indy (2nd)
Grail Knight (2nd)
Pretty much all the 2nd ones I'm keeping sealed, unless it's army builders. I now have two sets of the LC wave, one open and one sealed. I'm trying to do this with the other waves also, but those ToD figs are just hard to get around here :( -still looking for three of them to complete my first set.

I also picked up Dark Horse's Indiana Jones Adventures Volume 1.

Ive looked at every blockbuster in the dallas area and cant find that one anywhere. Nice find

I think what you're trying to say is: "I hate you." :p

It was the last one at my blockbuster and it was sitting there for weeks.

Went clearance hunting today and picked up Hasbro's 12" German Officer for $7.48. Was never too thrilled about this figure but I couldn't pass up that price and figure I can at least use the weapons (MP40 for LC Indy, P-38 for the upcoming Sideshow Toht, since they gave him the inaccurate Luger) and have someone for my SS Indy to smack around.

Also picked up the Adventure Heroes Mola Ram/Thuggee Priest for $3.99 at TJ Maxx. They were having a one day only customer appreciation sale, so I got an extra 15% off that. FYI, Marshall's is running the saem sale today.

^Seeing stuff like this makes me curious -

given that just about ALL of the Indy merch from the past year as the same logo/design aesthetic, from hasbro figures, to legos to random things like valentines, it makes me wonder where those designs come from?

Were they created by and mandated by lucasfilm itself? It would stand to reason.

I guess I just assumed it was a hasbro thing since that's where I first saw it, but clearly it cuts across individual companies and items.

Just got a box of the Indy valentines. I'm not sure if all the boxes are like this, but the box I got came with Indy temporary tatoos. Pretty cool.

Damn,Looks like there is a third variation of these cards to track down!

Easily answered; Lucasfilm creates an electronic kit with approved images for use to authorized licensees. They CANNOT stray from what is contained in the kit. Only the images provided may be used (they can't even be customized).
