Braveheart
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy:I was lucky to see the music of the LOTR concert that toured the world, unfortunately Howard Shore didn't conduct the one I saw!
Star Wars:particularly The Empire Strikes Back and Revenge of the Sith(Duel of the Fates and Battle of the Heroes)
The Indiana Jones films: Raiders first, then TOD(one of my favorites), and LC
Gladiator
Hoosiers(sentimental favorite)
The Last of the Mohicans
Bladerunner
Superman:The Movie
Jaws
E.T.
The Goonies
The Bourne Identity and Supremacy
Moby's song from Heat recently used in Syriana: I know it doesn't count as a complete score but it's a great piece of music
Jurassic Park
John Carpenter's films: Halloween and his 80's hits
The Last Samurai
I know there's more but my mind is going blank:)

John William's score for Superman and Howard Shore's work on The Lord of the Rings. Those are perhaps the two best non-Indy-series scores on the planet.

Other good scores are:

Titanic
King Kong (1933 and 2005)
Gojira
Jurassic Park
Star Wars
The Mummy
Van Helsing
Sahara

I'll think of more later.
