When I first read that that web address for your second website I was a little surprised. In America "tap me" (mostly referred to as "tap that") has a...suggestive meaning. What does the whole phrase mean in your language (sorry, not very familiar with anything outside of French and Spanish, the benefits of a private school education )

Nothing special, TapMe is just an abbreviation of Tapiolan Metsänkävijät which is my local scout group.

I'm bumping this thread, cause now I'm looking for someone to code my site.

I have the look of the site all down on paper and all the features in mind. I also have Dreamweaver CS3 to update the site once it is live.

What I guess I don't have is the patience of trial and error to get commenting features like Haloscan implemented.
