What Bond movies are worth viewing, and which should I avoid?
Woah... someone who has seen only one Bond film during his life. [Insert the mandatory question about growing up in a barrel here.]|ZiR| said:Tinsy bit off-topic, but it certainly isn't enough to warrent its own thread...the only Bond film I've seen is License To Kill, which I liked.

Back to topic. LTK is actually generally considered one of the worst Bond flicks out there. There are worse, though. Everything from the Connery era is worth viewing, Moore's work defines on taste. Some highly campy moments out there to beware of. If you wish similar in style with TLK, the ones made before and after that one (Living Daylights and GoldenEye, respectively) might be the good ones start with.
Casino Royale is a treat. Everything made between it and GoldenEye are pretty forgettable, though.
Yes the scrips for most of his films were not really good, but he was a cutie, between him and Harrison Ford, it would be a tough choice to decide which one is more handsome, but I think Ford beats him but Bronsnan is not far behind, any girl would agree on that. The Man said:True, Brosnan's were really, irritatingly ramshackle.
Snakes said:Casino Royale, Goldeneye, Thunderball and Goldfinger are probably my favorite Bond films. On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Moonraker are probably my least favorite. One actor I'd really like to see play a Bond Tony Shalhoub, best known for playing the title character in Monk.

Snakes said:Woops! I meant to say Shalhoub as a Bond VILLAIN. Not as Bond himself. That I'm not so sure about.

Hope it adds up to a good movie!
