To be honest, I didn't even notice the Staff until someone pointed it out after I had already seen it.

I'm interested to see how they work the Ark in, or if it's just in the background somewhere.

Ark of the Covenant in 'Clone Wars'

In the most recent episode of the Star Wars tv show 'The Clone Wars,' the Ark of the Covenant made a cameo appearance. It is among the treasures being hoarded by Wat Tambor and can be seen being brought down the ramp in the background.

Oh damn, that is too cool.

I love the nods CW is throwing in as of late. Hopefully they'll toss us a holy grail or sankara stone soon.

I thought they'd do more of these, especially after the animator did that interview saying "it's just fun to throw in nods"

That is pretty hilarious
