Hello, friends!
My name is Diego Cobo, I'm from Madrid, Spain and I work in advertising as an illustrator. It's my first post here, I'm new at the forum.
First of all, I want to congratulate all the team behind theraider.net because their labor of keep the Indiana Jones flame alive is great.

I just finished a" fan film trailer" of Indiana Jones that took me one year and a half to finish. It is call "Indiana Jones and the Mystery of the Holy Office" It's A gift to my father who took me in 1981 to the movies to see my first film: Raiders of the Lost Ark. In my trailer, my own father plays the role of Henry Jones Sr. and I play Indiana. All the team we had a great time doing it and I want to share with you all too. Here it is with subtitles, hope you liked:

Because I am an illustrator, I also drew and designed the poster for my trailer. I love the Drew Struzan´s work, but I didn't want to copying his style, so I did the poster with my own style.

Wow, wow, WOW!

Both the trailer and the poster look just spectacular!!!

Excellent work! You and your father really do make a terrific Indy & Henry combination.

It looks like you really spent a lot of time and money on this gorgeous project.

The location work is outstanding, this looks so professional.

In a bit of a rush, but I'll definitely watch this again soon and try to post more comments.

Bravo!

VERY nicely done!

You are blessed to have such great shooting locations at your disposal. (Not corn fields, backyard gardens, and friends' houses, like people often use in the US.)

Good costuming, and very nice camera work as well. On top of that, good lighting and special effects. Very professional overall.

And based on the outtakes, looks like you all had a lot of fun making it.

You and your dad are great team, and what a great movie to make, to honor your dad and that first movie adventure together.

It was a pleasure to watch it.

Thank you so much for your thought, fellas!
We had great time doing it and my father enjoy the project even better than me! Even more, I have to tell you that we´ve been so lucky at this project that we don't spend any money for doing it. Not a single coin. Every location, the church, the ruins, the catacombs, the subterranean museum, the real archeology laboratory, the horse even the airplane was given for a few hours for free.
People who had those things felt comfortable with us and with the project and it turns to be a generous collaboration. It's amazing when you talk with honesty to people and with a smile, I like to think that people respond to sincerity.
The only money that I spent was in lunch breaks for all the team.
I have to tell you, this was a dream come true.

Red Whirlwind, to answer you, tell you that that this movie would be rated R because is "my version" of one of the adventures of the Dr Jones.
It is fair to think that one adventure is different than the other. Temple of Doom got the PG-13 calcification because of the dark events that shows on the film. So maybe the adventure in Mystery of the Holy Office includes some dark elements too, a little bit of violence more and a little bit of strong language by other characters.
I don´t know really, it´s just a little detail on the poster.

I will start a new thread with info and link of the Indycon 2014 event, I think it would be correct to start it in the Indy Fanwork and Activities section.
Again, apologies for my english, I take my time to write it good!
