Thought I'd add a few photos of my replica grail prop that I have just got hold of. The grail is a terracotta version and made by a guy on RPF that has just made a limited run for sale (I won't advertise his details but PM me if you want to know). There is a 3-stage paint & leaf application to the outside although I have removed some as the original colouring was too dark & blue for my liking although I may need to add a little more brown & white.
The only thing that doesn't quite reflect the screen used grail is the join between the stem & the bowl which is quite obvious as opposed to a seamless graduation. Anyway, it's a nice addition to my IJ collection.
