Some of you may have heard of this book series, I read them a few years ago.
It's about 2 siblings part of a grand family who learn, after the death of their beloved grandmother, about a serum requiring 39 ingredients. This serum has a special property, but I'll let you learn about that on your own. Anyway, the two siblings travel the world searching for the clues to put the serum together. It is very similar to IJ, traveling into underground catacombs, egyptian temples, and so on.
But here's the crazy part, Steven Spielberg purchased the movie rights to the franchise a few years ago with plans to produce them. How cool would that be?
