The Stunt Spectacular in Florida is actually on wheels, so this is how it would look if you drove it down the street. Indy's South American pedigree, from the rolling boulder to crystal skulls!

That would look great in my backyard.

But what a horrible looking Indy! Puffy shirt, cheap holster, wrong hat, wrong everything! It always amazes me when people go to such incredible lengths (and $$$) to rip off an Indy scene, and then they totally skimp on Indy himself. "Well, I gotta brown hat at home we could use..."

Really great boulder roll, though. Not super high tech, but I mean, this is a parade float.

HAHAHA!!! No kidding! I've noticed that before, too.

Hey, almost everybody (who isn't a die-hard fan, of course) who sees a brown wide-brimmed hat (even a cowboy hat) will immediately think Indiana Jones if the hat is paired with a white (yes, a lot of people still think it's white) rolled-up shirt OR a brown jacket (leather or otherwise; or even a black leather jacket) and khaki pants (sometimes even jeans will do).

I agree 100 percent, Fenris. But this isn't a cheap Halloween costume. Look at the scale of the production! I don't know what the whole float cost, but they should have spent an extra 500 bucks to at least get 'close enough' gear for the star of their little show.

As you said, though, this is a die-hard fan talking.

Now I'm not slamming these guys, as it was a tremendous effort......just making an observation with this next thing as long as we're on the costume:

With all the attention to detail that they paid to the thrones, crystal skeletons, and the sheer scale and vision put into this float; even if the costume isn't the way us nuts would do it, you'd think they could have at least sprung for a satchel! :p

They should have asked Harry to do it!!! What were they thinking??? Calista could have had the job of pushing the boulder out of the cave!
