Infernal Machine cameo?

I've read a lot of things about IM, so maybe I am just forgetting something, but who is the boy with the fedora that we see in the photo sitting on the desk of the shack in King Solomon's Mines?
Does anyone know?

I suppose this room is Heinrich Horner's underground home away from home, but it really looks like a photo of someone, I didn't know if the designers stuck it in for a joke.

I think it's been stated out that it's the son of one of the designers. There's contradicting evidence whose son, though.

The best guess would probably be Timothy Miller.

Thanks Finn. That's what I had figured, I'd probably read it some time in the past, but I was just playing through the level the other day, and came across it again.
