If you are going to THAT much trouble, don't cheat by listing a series (like Indiana Jones) as one movie.

He has a few classics there and even some foreign films.

It really all comes down to personal taste.

Not a huge Wizard of Oz fan, but what's wrong with having it on the list? It's a classic for a reason.

Also, attacking one's taste is essentially attacking the person. Just saying.

Nothin'. Though it certainly does come across, in this case, as a bit of pretentious subtle reassurance that despite his overwhelmingly modern fixation (Transformers and Dark Knight?), he still knows older films.


Well from the look of things, he doesn't.

I'm not a fan of it either. Though I certainly have a degree of respect for it and can in some small part understand its culture impact; it's just always come across and over-produced to me.
