If anyone in the UK is thinking of pre-ordering Lego Indy 2 on the DS, Play.com have it available for £9.99!! Could be a mis-price so get your order in quick!

I think that sounds great! The chase scenes are one of the best things from the Indy movies, and I don't think the first Lego game did them justice, so this sounds very good.

To bad it's only a mistake that they've not yet noticed. However I'd prefer to buy and reserve all software releases at Fry's Electronics, GameCrazy, GameStop or Amazon.com, at lest you the goodies that come along with a product when you reserve it.

I've also noticed that both Fry's, Amazon and Game Crazy have been having incredible price slashes and amazing low prices on all of the big titles out there.

I mean sure I've known about this since march or so but still did you see that kali-ma statue. Sure it's not acurate but THAT is epic!!!

But they did steal the "were there's a whip there's a way" thing from a shirt.

But the trailer also didn't quinch my thirst for shanghai footage. Or heal my pehaps pathetic obsession with club obi wan and Sanghai.:(

but still this looks more promising than Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings. With better graffics too!!!!!!!!!!!(y)

no no. I saw it too. It's cool at first but seeing it a second time. I'm a bit dissapointed that they went this inaccurate.

Man that was cool but disappointing like the cario swordsmen doesn't even have the crapty sword we got in ambush in cario. But Lego being inacurate isn't the first time:sick: like peril in peru set wasn't even in the movie :rolleyes:

I think the statue is the equivalent to the big snake in the well of souls level of LIJOA.

I'd much rather prefer that. I'm really excited. It looks great with a bit if humor. It looks pretty good. I hope it's worth getting the PS3 for.

I asked a PR person about the actual release date (being that it seems we're mostly being told this fall) and was told that the game is planned for a November 17th release.

The new Nintendo Power has a small blurb as well as a few screen shots of both the DS and Wii version of the game.Interestingly enough,The article even mentions the giant statue of Kali..

To quote..

In the Temple of Doom section,For instance,Indy and Short Round have to fight Mola Ram,Who's standing on top of a huge living statue of Kali.Indy has to throw water bottles at Kali's foot,extinguishing the flames,Which allows Short Round to climb through the statue and knock Mola Ram off the monstrous boss's head.Indy can then target one of Kali's many limbs and whip it off.

Just saw the trailer. Looks kind of silly. But that's the point I guess.

I don't know, I just want a "real" Indiana Jones game already.
