I just found out that Airwolf: Season 1 is out on DVD (has been for a couple of months now). When I was a kid, way back in 1984 when the show debuted, I was absolutely obsessed with it. I had the lunchbox and pj's, and watched it along with Knight Rider and the Dukes of Hazzard each week. In case you've never heard of it, which I'm finding that most people haven't, it's a spy-themed show about a high-tech top secret helicopter called Airwolf that is called upon to complete missions for the CIA. The plot is a little more complicated than that, but that's it in a nutshell. It was an awesome show, kind of like Knight Rider without the car or AI.
If you were a fan of the show and are considering the DVD set, it's worth the $30-40. No extras or digital remastering, just the show in all its glory. Don't know when season 2 is set to release.
