Missing Adventures

As we know, there was a huge amount of teenage Indy adventures listed especially Honduras 1920, where he would have met Belloq for the first time. But, there's a massive gap. We've got whatever's left of 1908 - where in 1916 Spring Break Adventure left off. Thats 6 years of Indy's life on camera that's left blank.

I know we've got books and comics that fill that blank, but do you think that the renewed intrest in Indy, what with the hype of the fifth film, we'll get to see those missing adventures made?

Made... in some filmed medium (movies and/or TV)? No - well, not unless there's a huge push to start over, with a character reboot and all (and I hope not!).

I do think there might be additional tales in that timeframe told in books, comics and so on - and in fact, there already have been. I could see some new "young reader" books being written that would bridge the time from Carrier to Phoenix and from Phoenix to Flanery, though right now it's anyone's guess as to whether it'll eventually happen or not (it does appear at the moment that there's not a lot of new Indy fiction in any medium in the works, but that could always change in a few years...).
