Targets stores vary in prices by store -- in my town there are two -- one has the Indy 3 3/4" figures still at 6.48 and the 12" figures at 10.00. Crosstown they had this:
In the same Mall KayBee had allthe 3 3/4 marked down to 3.54! So if you look around there are some bargins...
- 3 3/4" 2 packs of Cario Henchmen -- 2.48!
- Adventure Heroes-- 1.74
- Jungle Cutter -- 4. 98! That was a steal there was 2 I bought them for a charity auction we are doing at my kid's school
- FX Whip with DVD -- 4.98!
- Mutts Sword 3.75!

Well I finally finished my Hasbo base collection...Since Kaybee is going under, landing a:
I avoided getting the top three figures for awhile and concentrated on the others, figuring (no pun there) that those 3 will always be there. I was correct. The Marion figure was the last one there and the card was in bad shape, which doesn't matter because I open them.
I also landed from ebay a Disney Exclusive Marion, all I need of that set is the German Soldier and the 7-inch Indy.
My vintage collection is getting more and more complete, as I just received my vintage Map Room (complete with Arab Disguise Indy) loose but in fantastic condition.
All I'm missing from the vintage line are:
- Mutt with Snake figure
- Indy with Crystal Skull figure
- Indy with RPG figure
- Marion figure (finally!!)

My UQS Indy came today.It's a good figure at best.The head sculpt is damn good but I have some gripes with the lack of satchel and the fedora.The brim of the fedora is to straight.If you are going to have to get one large scale Indy fig,Stick with the Sideshow figure.

Went to a Target a little out of my area today. Everything was $5.
The figures were $4.18 as opposed to $3.80. But the Jungle cutters were $5. No other vehicles, sadly.
They had two battle packs on sale, also for $5 each! I already have an unopened, extra "Raiders" battle pack, but the "Crusade" pack sadly had the Vogel stolen from it, so I left it behind.
In retrospect, though, $5 for 2 Germans is a good deal on its own. And it would have given me an extra Henry for customs.

Got some stuff at Walmart, thanks to their markdowns. I picked up seconds of the three hard-to-get LC figs:

Colonel Vogel
I'm going to keep these ones sealed. Sadly, no ToD fig on the pegs. I still hope I can find the three that I'm missing, along with the Cloth-canopy Cargo Truck and the Akator Playset. I looked around for the Valentine cards - didn't see any, however they did have plenty of Iron Man, Hulk, and High School Musical.
On a side note, I went to Toys R Us and saw that all of their Prince Caspian stuff is marked down now. So for those of you wanting to get some stuff like the castle playset, it's all marked down. As someone suggested on these boards, Aslan makes a great companion for Young Indy. I guess this means Transformers and GI Joes are on their way to take over the shelf space occupied by Indy and Caspian.

is the Hasbro Crystal Skeleton and Adventure Hero, and Ark promotion officially over? with all these bargin Indy products I have a massed many redemption forms and stickers and was wondering what the fulfillment centers are doing with all the extras?

I am glad you asked that (referring to above post) becasue I am curious if anybody knows the status of the crystal skeleton. I sent my redemption forms in on the same day for all three items(ark, horse, crystal skellie). The date was of course the last date possible to send forms in. Anyhow the ark and horse redemption checks have been cashed and drawn from my account, again these posted to my account on the same day. However the skellie check hasn't shown up yet. Is it possible they are sold out of crystal skeletons? Has anyone seen this before with checks being cashed with weeks in between?

I got a postcard the other day informing me that there is a delay in the Crystal Skeletons.
They ran out of 'em and are making more to meet demand!
The card said they won't be shipped out until February at this point. Printed on the card was an 800 number if you wanted to cancel your order.
Hmm. Imagine that. Actual DEMAND for the Indy line. And they responded to it!

The DVD Holder/Statue with the hat, whip and travel case - another great piece
I'd say that the framed canvas poster print was the best find - each store only got a few and when they were gone, they were gone, so I was glad to nab one.

It was kind of a sad day yesterday...Walking into target to only see two or so Indy FX sound Whip on their clearance shelf. You know the shelf where it looks like the Tasmanian devil went shopping?
For 4.98 I picked up my last piece of Indy merchandise from my local store.
However, I did receive my TOD figures in the mail yesterday from Canada. I didn't realize there was a difference in packaging, which I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but the figures are pretty damn sweet.

yeah I would like to post that I just picked up the 6 Temple of Doom figures. Sadly they still allude me. Refuse to do the ebay thing. I do however have enough mail away Arks now to open a ARK of the covenant store! Probably do the trade thing eventually.

I finally picked up the LEGO sets Jungle Cutter and Temple of the Crystal Skull a couple days ago at Wal-Mart, where they've been clearanced (I know I've said I don't shop at Wal-Mart over objections to some of their business practices, and that was true, but I was given a WM gift card for Christmas, and that broke my resolve... ). I now have at least one of each of the eight sets from the two initial waves, though I would like additional copies of all of them (and still need Shanghai Chase, Fight on the Flying Wing and Peril in Peru, though I'm waiting on a couple copies of that last one that I ordered a while back).

I essentially bought a bunch of Army builder figs because the clearence stuff is so cheap now that buying even this many figs is less than 20 bones.

My Wested jacket that i custom ordered january 2nd arrived two days ago! Those folks are fast! Anyway I love the jacket. Here are some pictures of it added to the rest of my indy gear. I took them really fast, so they're pretty bad but I'll post better pics eventually in a more appropriate thread.
