I wonder which doctor is going to put them under the knife? I just heard that he's highly rated.

That's what EVERYONEwill be talking about in 2010!

Probably Dr Frank N Stein from the next Twilight movie!

Or maybe it may be Dr. Frank N. Furter?

His most noted work was his role in the movie "The Rocky Horror Picture Show".

Yes, I'm familiar with Susan Sarandon's role...so I guess Tim the Enchanter couldn't be any worse then MJ's Hatcheteer.

Good Luck Barnacle Boy!

LOL. I suppose folks forget to take a look at their calenders! Anyway I think my sister needs to check her watch because I think it might have a wrong date on it.

The worst things that happened in 2009 very likely got little to no attention by Western media.

Anyhow, here's to 2010 and to the advent of the age of free-thought.

One of the worst things that occured in '09 was the US news media making its nearly complete shift from a resource to a bloated opinion-based rhetoric machine, and viewers embracing it. Here's to these clown "journalists" (*cough*Glen*cough*Beck*) getting fired in 2010 and to the advent of the age of free-thought.

It's not just on the right that there are biased clowns, you know. And Glenn Beck doesn't, to my knowledge, claim to be a journalist, but rather a commentator. We can say that he is distasteful when he does what he does, but let's at least be clear about how it's presented.

And I don't really see how this was purely an '09 development, in the slightest.

Should call this thread "A Decade in Review" :hat:

Started with the Y2K bug
Then 9/11...

...Ended with a recession

I edited my post due to retrospect before I noticed your comment. Since you replied anyway: I agree. Beck does say he's an entertainer and a clown, but he's on Fox News. If Michael Moore had a show, he'd be the far-left equilivent of Beck. Opinion-based news is not a new developement, no, but I certainly think it's come to a fore in the past year.

well, it's been one heck of a year, and this being the last day of 2009 I'm going back thinking through it all. It was quite a ride, but 2008 was worse. It's really been interesting, some personal ups are that my filmmaking career has somewhat gotten off the ground, with 4 short films already made, and my new Indiana Jones series premiereing tommorow! it's been fun on that note.
Plus this was my first year on the raven boards.

But in the news, it's been pretty sad. MJ, Terrorist attack here, terrorist attack there, politics :( , and of course gary the snail:rolleyes:

and in the world of Indy, and these foums, I had the most fun I had ever had on the raven forums in JULY during the comic-con 2009. With the Hasbro Indy scam, and the far off topic thread filled with long winded rants and political arguments, it was a blast! And we've all been on the edge of our seats for Indy 5 updates. And I've meet some of the most unique people on the Raven.

Yep, it's been an interesting year alright, interesting indeed:dead:

But let's hope 2010 fares well, with perhaps an Indy 5 anouncement, or who knows what?

:eek:I umm..... Had to fix my watch it was umm wrong on the date guys  it won't happen again folks I promise

And on the news they were acting like yesterday was the end of the year so I missunderstood. Anyway umm I like what you said lao che & Sons, I love the way you wrote your year and review.

BTW the Japan trip we are waiting for Obama to approve somethig I don't know but anyway we can't go until he writes something, darn President takes to long!
