Indy was sealed inside the fridge and blasted well clear - far enough to witness the mushroom cloud from a distance. Given his supernatural level of luck, it's probably safe to say he didn't get cancer.

The fact the fridge was lead lined and he was in decontamination quickly means the odds of him getting cancer is low. As Montana said, its probably also down to his supernatural level of luck
