The discovery of a unique German warplane off the Kent coast left experts "incredulous". New images suggest the Dornier 17 is still intact and there are hopes that it will go on show.

very interesting. Old war birds like that are awesome. i would love to see that plane on display one day.

When I saw this a few days ago I was stoked!! Love how things like this can still be in a state of preservation after so long and given the environment found within.

no doubt! one would assume that the enviroment would cause the plane to be all but lost. i find it amazing how bog's and water preserve things so well.
