Marion tells Indy in Raiders, "You're not the man I knew ten years ago."
That would be 1926. What do you think she meant by this statement? Was he changed physically? Personality wise?

What do you guys think?

It's ambiguous. Originally I thought she was saying its obvious he's getting older, maybe from looking so worn out from his adventures up to that point. But she could also be referring to his personality and how it has changed since she last met him. Or both.

That's what I always got out of it as well.

I don't think it's ambiguous at all. Out of context maybe it's ambiguous, but Indy follows up with the famous, "It's not the years, honey. It's the mileage." She says it based on how he's hobbling around beat to heck, and he responds with It's not the years. Definitely physical....and how I've been feeling since my last birthday....
