Pixar or ILM?

I'm not sure if I should work at Pixar or ILM (Compositing/Animation). Any advice, comments, etc.? Thanks.

Depends what you prefer doing and what which company is offering. I think this being a career decision, is something you should decide for yourself. It's going to affect your life for a while.

I love both companies but you would get the scoop on new ILM films...To bad late for indy

Depends on what kind of movies you want to work on...isn't pixar mostly cartoonish animation (Cars, Toy Story, etc.)?

I imagine competition to work at either of those places is fierce. So isn't the question more, which one is willing to hire you.

If they both are. I... personally... think that's an awesome perdicament to be in. lol. I think I'd go with ILM. But I'm also fascinated with Pixar's computer animation and the types of stories they tell. I know Pixar likes to hire people who are as good with 2D traditional art as they are with 3D because they want well rounded artistic individuals.
