Did anyone play Fate of Atlantis on the Amiga... with no external disc drive? Damn, that was one disk swappy game. 11 disks, if I recall , and pretty much every cutscene would be...

Insert Disc 3
*chunter chunter load load...*
Insert Disc 1
*more loading...*
Insert Disc 8
*lots of disc activity...surely any minute now...*
Insert Disc 3
2 lines of dialogue. Indy goes into a new pose...
Insert Disc 12
Insert Disc 6
Insert Disc 12
Wait! Couldnt you have loaded all you needed off disc 12 before asking for 6?
Insert Disc 2

ARGHHHHHHHHHH!

And yet, despite this, I still played this through to the end, on all 3 paths, and enjoyed the hell out of it. The game is THAT GOOD.

I guess what I'm saying is, kids these days...there is no way they would put up with this. We had it tough in the 90s.

HAHAHAHAHA!:D
That was hilarious.
I never played Fate of Atlantis (but I want to)... In the 90s my Indy games were Greatest Adventures and Infernal Machine.

Oh, and Welcome to the Raven.
