Yeah, the only film where I wouldn't change anything would Casablanca. Some of you have extremely low standards when it comes to the "perfect" film.

Okay, well, just because people enjoy these movies doesn't make them perfect. Far from it, actually. These are ones that I consider mediocre, although I can see why people would enjoy them.

Like I said, you can love all these movies, but that doesn't make them perfect. Surely he doesn't think that Home Alone 3 is up there with Citizen Kane in terms of inventiveness and storytelling?

Just because it stars Harrison Ford that doesn't make it good.

Come on! That made it on here TWICE!

I can maybe see enjoying Detroit Rock City, although I personally didn't, but The Flintstones? I didn't think anyone actually enjoyed that, much less thought it was perfect.

Again, enjoyability does not equate to perfection. I enjoy a lot of films on this list, but that doesn't mean that they are perfect. We have a guilty pleasures of film thread, let's not turn this into that as well.

This list only includes movies I've actually seen, and I excluded Lonsome_Drifter's because I can only assume she was joking. In the interest of fairness, however, I did excuse some films that might be considered perfect to some people. A lot of people put Raiders of the Lost Ark. I can see why they'd think that, although I disagree. However, I let it stay because people would actually be able to provide evidence for such a film. You wrote Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. That is my least favorite of the Pirates Trilogy, however, you could argue that it was the best if we were to move it to the proper thread. The films I chose here are popcorn films that, while enjoyable, are not great films.

The only one I would dispute with this list is "Baby Geniuses". It was definitely in the right direction but I don't think the premise was "perfected," per se, until its sequel.
