Hi to all members,

Iam new to this site & i am a massive indy fan as everyone on here is,
just thought i would see if any members here in the England own the Jpm fruit machine, i have one and i love it.
The fruit machine came out in 1995 and has sound effects from all three movies, iam gutted that when indy 4 comes out it will be missing the crystal skulls!

Anyone know if any manufacturers are going to be making new indiana jones fruit machines?

indy poker machines

not sure if anyone has mentioned this already but
IGT are introducing or already have new indy themed
slot machines.

looks pretty neat but i cant help but wonder why lucasfilm would be interested in turning more people into gambling addicts

Yea, it beat me up pretty badly last week here in Oklahoma. Hard to imagine a $.05 machine could get you that quickly.
It is a neat machine though. It has T.V.'s that play randon scenes from all three flicks.

My friend said he saw Indy slot machines on his trip to Las Vegas last weekend. I bet this is what he saw. Definitely a wee bit strange to see Lucas allow the license to be used in this way...not that I personally have anything against gambling. Some people probably would though. About 3 years ago I saw some really cool SW slot machines. Thought that was weird too. Definitely would be fun to have in the house! :whip:

You're too kind, Stoo. I happened to find myself in Reno over the last weekend, and happened to stumble across the Indiana Jones slot machines.

Like Indyclone's sign says, they're branded as "Treasure of the Incas" and "The Curse of Coronado." Unfortunately, there's no real story that I could discern. The visual representations are different, but the only substantial difference appears to be that "Incas" uses characters from Raiders & Temple while "Coronado" uses characters from Crusade. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is fortunately not represented.

This is the crown of the machine -- the Indy logo is on one side, but the other side has a giant video board that loops clips from the original trilogy. Both flanking machines appear to be generic Indy slots that I assume came out earlier because I only saw them attached to this monstrosity.

For a slot machine, they're wonderfully themed. The hieroglyphics are a nice touch, and the housing is atmospheric. I just wish (again) that each unit was different. Oh, and I think they have audio clips from the original trilogy too. I heard something, but considering the din, I can't 100% verify the aural components.

I don't gamble so I can't really comment on the depth of play. However, each machine was billed as .1 cent, but the minimum you could play was 25-lines essentially making it a .25-cent machine. The bonus round can only be achieved by maxing your bet, and after losing 5-bucks in three spins, that was more than enough for me.

You can't buy them; IGT will not sell them (and it is illegal to sell them in some US states and most of Canada)...

Really digging the "Treasure of the Incas" thing.

I remember when Indyclone posted photos of his sign but didn't realize that it was from this machine. Way to go, Indyclone!

Thanks for the report, Sab. The penny games are worthless but, because of the Indy theme, I would play it as you did and then watch someone else play it instead.

I've played the machines in Reno as well, last year. I have not seen them here in BC, so they may not have made their way up here to Canada. Les will know.

We have 4 casinos here in the Okanagan. One in Pentiction, two here in Kelowna, and one in Vernon. They don't have the machines. I also checked out the Edgewater Casino in Vancouver while I was there for the Olympics in February. No Indy slots there either.

Must have slipped under my radar because the only thing I recall seeing is Indyclone's title plate.

Do you think these Indy machines are too tacky to find in Monte Carlo? (Thinking of going there.)

Actually Stoo, that footage is from the Japanese pachinko machines made by Sankyo in 2007-2008.
