Tablature for "Whistling Tune" from Curse of the Jakcal/Spring Break Adventure

I'm writing a short song about Young Indy & Frank's journey across the Mexican border that incorporates the "whistling tune". The original is an banjo but I figured it out on guitar and can't stop playing it so thought I'd share. Same key as the soundtrack:

E---5-5-6-5--------5-----5-5-6-5--------5-----------------------
B------------8-6-8----------------8-6-8---6---------------------
G--------------------7-5-----------------------------------------
D----------------------------------------------------------------
A----------------------------------------------------------------
E----------------------------------------------------------------

and the whimsical part that follows it:

E-----5-8-10-8-6-5-5-------5-8-6-5----------------------6------
B---6-----------------8---8---------8-8-6---6-6-8-6-5-3---5-6--
G-----------------------7------------------5---------------------
D----------------------------------------------------------------
A----------------------------------------------------------------
E----------------------------------------------------------------

Hope any guitar-lovin', Young Indy fans out there enjoy playing this as much as I do!:D

This is one of my favorite pieces of music from the series and probably my favorite episode. My favorite piece of music however is when Indy and Remy first arrive in Africa and get lost on the train.

Is it possible you could post the audio clip or link to it?

I gave it a whirl yesterday and didn't recognize it.

Like to see this stuff...nice work!(y)

Thanks, Rocket. Have a listen here between 8:10 and 9:05.The Old Indiana Jones Chronicles - Part 1

The melody is repeated in the actual episode (and is even longer in "Spring Break Adventure"). The top string of notes is to be repeated twice and the bottom represents the flute and horn that comes after the whistling. I'm sure you'll figure out the timing. Enjoy!:D

This tune is so great and nostalgic. I noticed it when I was watching the episode for the first time and I have never forget it. It would be fantastic to have it extended and clean.

Maybe in the future projects it would be fantastic to extract the music from the series that is unreleased and in some segments without sounds effects and voice overs.

In fact I was thinking about it for some time but I will first try to see what can be done with end credits from original broadcasts.
