I think it's the Fallen.
Its (or his?) head looks to have that same pharaoh crown-ish thing.

Not Megaton as I may have heard he won't even make an appearance in the sequel.

Considerin' Transformers did have females in their canon time lines in the cartoons and comic.

Arcee, Alita-1 and so on.
