dvd release?

I know this may have been asked before, but when are the young indy chronicles coming out on DVD. Last I heard it would be sometime in 07. Thanks for any news guys.

Well, from what I understand, the plan is to tie the release of the Young Indy DVDs into the release of Indy 4... in 2008. So we still have to wait two more years.

The latest from Lucas-"Indy Jones Chronicles are currently being cleaned up, are having documentaries added to them and will be shopped as films for a modern day high school history class.” He’s hoping they’re released on DVDs very soon.

Expect the YIJC DVD release to tie very, very closely into the release of Indy IV. Also, rumor has it, that the almost completed Indiana Jones Trilogy Special Editions are going to be polished off...

Lets just say George and Steven have some disagreements on what should happen with the IJ:SE release, so they had to make some modifications.

I think it will be a huge mistake releasing Young Indy on DVD before the release of Indy 4.
Young Indy DVD's will only benifit from a succesful Indy 4. Young Indy sure wont boost any interest for Indy 4. Most people didnt like YIJC and pushing them before Indy 4 comes out might remind people of that and put a bad taste in their mouth about Indy 4.
Let the renewed interest and excitment from Indy 4 help sell The young Indy DVD's. People are more likely to give them a try after seeing a succesful outing with Indy 4.
