WOW!!! unbelievable!

I've seen and enjoyed many of your customs on RS (Dr. BS) but many of these, especially Kazim and Chatter Lal, are new to me and they're GORGEOUS.

it's absolutely stunning seeing your vast collection of phenomenal customs in one place. It's incredible you've been so prolific while maintaining such standards of excellence!

You're a true giant!

After scraping my jaw up from the floor, I just have to ask, what are the heads for Kazim, Chatter Lal, and Toht? And what modifications did you have to make to them? Holy crap. Absolutely GREAT collection!! :hat:

PS: A Venice Elsa would totally complete it. :p

Yowsa! I was about to post a couple of my customs but now I'm going to wait. No way I can compete with that amazing collection!

(Not that it's a *contest*, but you know what I mean.)

"Hat's off" to you - I never realized it was possible to do so many versions just of Indy himself!

Thanks for the good vibes everybody. I have to admit I was kind of nervous to share these with you guys. I mean you guys are serious Indy Fans so all of your good will means a helluva lot to me. So, thanks.

Here are a few answers to some of the questions asked:

Kazim: Brown haired german soldier heavily modified

Chatter Lal: Lt. Faytonni from SW:AOTC

Toht: Steeler from GI Joe heavily modified

I would love to do an Elsa in Venice, yet I am still in search of proper pieces to make it happen. I would like to do it but without alot of sculpting.

I've got a few more left to do, like Brody from ROTLA, Temple Priest from TOD, and Lao Che to name a few, but I'm leaving for six weeks on Monday so I don't know what I'll be able to get done in that time. But when I'm done, you guys will be the first to see 'em!

Take a look at inky_skin's WIPs of Well of Souls Marion for a good skirt, top, and basic body parts. You'd need a jacket that would fit the female figure--the Henry Sr. jacket might work, but it would definitely need some heavy modding.

Jr.Jones = Dr Bergsan ? Ah - now it makes sense ! Nice to see you at The Raven Dr B - your customising talent is especially welcome :hat:

Nice looking work ! The Marcus looks great ! Only critique I would offer is in regards to the German disguise Indy... the big scrape on his forehead should be over his left eye, not his right.. ( minor fix !) other than that, these are fantastic !

Jr.Jones, could you please add me to your Will? Ya' know, just in case something would happen to you. I wouldn't want those falling into the wrong hands.

Seriously though, amazing work!

Jr. Jones, I LOVE YOU! Finally, someone took a crack at ol' Blumbie! Excellent, stupendous efforts all around. Where on earth did you get the helmet?! I'm not a customizer but whatever you used for this piece of art could work as a good base for Young Indy's Belgian tropical kit. (Don't know if you're into the TV show but have you ever thought of taking a stab at any of those characters?)

Everything is just absolutely outstanding but some of my other favourites are Chatter Lal and Vogel. The detail you put into his isignia is superb. Love the lanyard! Marcus and Mac turned out really well, too. When I saw your German Mechanic, I was picturing him in a fist-fight with inky's version.:)

Welcome to The Raven! You've in good company.:hat:

There's a tonne of great stuff in this thread alone! A few top faves of mine are Old Indy (just a few pages back) and glorbes' robotic-armed Toht (page 20) and his flying wing + tank on page 12 of this thread:
Custom PLAYSETS & DIORAMAS with your INDY TOYS!!

Another one of the many, excellent pieces you will find on this board:
CUSTOM 1/6 JOCK the PILOT

Jr.Jones, great work!

you took the question right outta my mouth Stoo!

I got my airbrush kit and the Deep Sea diver figure yesterday. The figure needs some limb lengthening (he's about 1/4" shorter than the normal Indy figure) to make the Shrine of the Sea Devil figure. I thought it would be a simple head swap and nice repaint. I'll test my mettle with the limb lengthening!

I'm hoping to finally get some time to get back on stuff this weekend.

I'm glad so many people are making out of the ordinary figures (some it would take Hasbro forever to get to, if ever, if the line would have continued).

I'm only doing a couple non-Indy figures to fill out my eventual Heroines, Demise of Villains and artifact displays).
I'm strictly focusing on Indy in various outfits (and various ages, and in various media).

Indy also wears a similar deep sea diving suit in Fate of Atlantis (the game--can't remember about the comic.)

And, Indy also has deep sea diving gear on at the beginning of Find Your Fate book #4 Eye of the Fates.

yep he does, pg 75 in the omnibus. The figure I got looks a lot more like the Shrine one....bulkier, X straps across the chest.

Is there a button I can press to hear some bad mofo quotes "I shall strike down upon thee..." (y)

Jr.Jones, your creations are awesome! (y) (y) That's the type of selection I, and others, would've wanted to come out of Hasbro.:hat:

You mean you weren't happy with the cool Hasbro figure variations like Indy with eye painted on cheek??? or figures as hard to obtain as the actual lost ark? :D

I love this thread.

You customisers are awesome!

I picked up the 2009 Han Solo in Stormtrooper armour today and I think the head is one of the best Harrison Ford likenesses I have seen on this scale...could be used as a replacement for ole Indy?

Shame hasbro still couldn't get Luke sculpt as good (AGAIN!).....or on any of the whole Indy line for that matter.

Your mods make a previously poor likeness look amazing!

Why can't they be this good out of the pack?!
