Full Journal release in the future?

Today I picked up The Lost Journal of Indiana Jones. Great book, however there's alot of stuff missing from the Young Indy years. If you check out the interactive DVD with the Young Indy sets, you'll know what I mean (the interactive diary).

Are they planning to release a full version of Indy's journal in the future?

Plus, what did the Russians rip out, the four pages before the passport page?

Hi! I received it last week! Looks really cool. It´s like Grail Diary "Indy" Version!! I liked the detail of the ripped pages!!
