Tavern drinking scene.

Whilst watching Raiders the other night on BBC, I was somewhat surprised, during the drinking scene, to hear a man's voice in a cockney accent say, "Give him space, give him space." despite the tavern being exclusively occupied by Nepalese. Watch it and let me know what you think. You can hear it just before Marion' drinking buddy takes his last drink.

It's an Australian accent which can sound cockney to Americans. The character in the drinking contest is written as an 'Australian climber'. He doesn't speak, but his fellow climbers speak a few words of encouragement.
