Hey Lance!

That wall, the Spinx and Statues are resin miniature diorama pieces for a small armies line called King and Country. Unfortunately the line has been retired for a long time. I got lucky and found the Pharaoh's bust on Ebay for $175. (y)

Correct- $175 was a good price too as these Egyptian pieces are mostly going for over $300 if they are retired. They do still have an obelisk which I believe is still retaling for about $100.

Thanks for the kind words.

Jack,

LOVE the lego picture. It's hilarious.

I enjoyed seeing the movies, too, but I think you might have been better off continuing with just posting the images. The pictures themselves are really terrific, love the fog, love the poses, etc.

But, to me, it doesn't feel like they fully work in "movie" format, especially since you have to resort to the title cards to explain so much of the action.

I think you should try something like the comic format McSeem used on page 19. I think that's just a better format for still pictures.

(Not that you even need to use comic book format. Across the net there are countless wonderful "Star Wars" photonovels, just using still pictures with text and they are awesome. Something like that is probably a better showcase for your awesome images.)

It's terrific to see people's enthusiasm for this line continues. I took something of a break from animating Indy to focus on other things, namely a Star Wars video that doubles as a Zatoichi homage as well as a new music video that I'll be uploading later today. For the music vid, I actually had an occasion to return to the man in the hat, as an iconic (perhaps the iconic) scene from Raiders dovetailed nicely with the song we chose to cover:

The video isn't really Indy-themed, but I did do another new Indy bit for it. Didn't want to clutter up the thread with too much non-Indy stuff, but I'll be happy to share either video here per any requests!

Whoooo!!!! Awesome, VF Wing! Another delightful movie!

This is really something - another VF Wing movie, another awesome wave of figures on deck. It's like 2008 all over again....minus the soul-crushing, suicide-inducing disappointment of KOTCS, of course.

That is a fantastic (like always) little video there vf wing. I love the stumbling, just like in the movie.

I got a Hot Toy(s) in the mail today so I decided to take a few shots with our beloved archeologist. Enjoy. (The signature in the picture is another name but still me, JackBurton is used unique for the Raven ;) ).

On his latest adventure in the deep maylaisian jungle, Dr. Jones discovered something more deadly than any booby trap he ever saw.

In honor of the upcoming Marvel Studios film, I've set Indy in search of the ultimate mythological artifact:
