What music do you listen to?

I am not much of a music fan.

I do listen to video game music, remixes and 80's music. Sometimes music of the 50's, 60's and 70's.

I like a lot of stuff that a lot of people don't like. KISS is by far my favorite band. Then there's Jimmy Buffett, Meat Loaf, and Def Leppard. I mostly listen to older stuff. I'm a DJ at my college's radio station. My show is called The Hawk's Nest, and I play all classic rock, all the time.

And Nurhachi, you're not the only one who listens to 50's music. My grandparents got me into the stuff when I was little, and I've been hooked ever since.

'Bump bump' goes the bass drum

Looking over this thread, I notice how my musical taste and range has grown--thankfully. But give that to age.

Anyone know any good modern classical? I find it very refreshing and I lost the local station that played it.

Lately, I've been more in the mood for the like of Six Feet Under, Cannibal Corpse, 10 ft. Ganja Plant, Marley, [with those, can't forget] Cannabis Corpse, Big Band, and old school blues.

Any like-minders?

Same as I posted above, with the addition of:

Muse
Fleet Foxes
Mumford and Sons
Vampire Weekend

I've also been in a big Paul Simon Graceland phase. I've been trying to find as much afro-pop as possible. I'll say I'm obsessed with the genre right now.

I'm sure you can find an original pressing of Walk Like an Egyptian on pottery somewhere. The B side has Voices of Jesus on it.

I lisiten to a wide range of music..from classical stuff like Mozart to Beethtoven, to R&B and everything in between. One of my favorite bands is Black Stone Cherry...thier new CD is gonna rock trust me!!

I also like bands such as Theory of a Deadman, Hinder, 3 Doors Down, Kid Rock, Lynard Skynyrd, all of whom I seen in concert last year!!! (Kid Rock puts on a really good show btw!!)

I also listen to country music with Kenny Chensney being my favortite male performer.
