Personally, Tron and Honey, I Shunk the Kids are my favorites.

Good old UD. I'm on the boards there as "Barbossa"

For me my favourites are:

Pre-1980

Treasure Island
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea
The Great Locomotive Chase
The Absent Minded Professor
Mary Poppins
Dr. Syn Alias The Scarecrow
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
The Island at the Top of the World
Escape to Witch Mountain
The Apple Dumpling Gang
Hot Lead Cold Feet
The Black Hole

Post-1980

Popeye (yes I actually like this one)
Dragonslayer
Tron
Something Wicked This Way Comes
The Journey of Natty Gann
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
White Fang
Shipwrecked
The Rocketeer
The Adventures of Huck Finn
Cool Runnings
The Three Musketeers
Iron Will
Tall Tale: The Unbelievable Adventures of Pecos Bill
Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
The Haunted Mansion
(yes I know it has its weaknesses)
Miracle
National Treasure
National Treasure: Book of Secrets
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, & The Wardrobe
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
Bridge to Terabithia
Roving Mars

Touchstone

Who Famed Roger Rabbit
Dick Tracy
Shanghai Noon
Shanghai Knights
The 13th Warrior

^I pretty much have all these on DVD except for Something Wicked this Way Comes and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. One of these days I'll add them to my Disney library. I'm also trying to fill some gaps in my animated classics collection (still need seven more). Pinocchio just came out and it's one of the ones I need, but it'll have to wait as I don't have much money right now (darn this economic situation and no job)

I like a whole lot of 'em but I think that 'The Journey of Natty Gann' is my favourite. As a kid, I had this huge crush on Meredith Salenger :)

Mary Poppins, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and, above all, Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

(Although, the most sublime moment in any of these remains the wordless sequence of Mr. Banks walking to the bank in the darkness of the London streets as that magnificent orchestration of "Feed the Birds" plays.)
