Warehouse = Area 51

Maybe i'm completely
Maybe it's been said before and I completely missed it
But I'm almost positive that the warehouse where all the boxes are is in fact in Area 51
Sorry if this may be the obvious

More likely than not, it's Area 51.

A secret government warehouse, with all secret things in crates.

I'd certainly stake a few quid on it.

So, if this warehouse is A51, then the warehouse at the end of Raiders was (most likely) A51. That makes sense, but I always imagined the warehouse to be in Washington, D.C., like underground or in the Pentagon. But that's just cause I never knew any better. A51 makes sense.

I think it's a secret warehouse in the desert but not necessarily Area 51.

Yeah, I guess since rumours of Area 51 being so strong, we never really thought of the possibility that maybe it's not Area 51 at all

Not to me. It makes me think of losers in the 90's (and still today) who drive to the top of a mountain who think airplane lights are UFO's and buy stupid UFO junk at the Little-Ale-E-Inn (thats a diner in Nevada for those who don't know). I get using Roswell, but I think the military base name should be anonymous (leave it to the viewer). I doubt they had a name for it then, I think Area 51 is made up.

I'm not sure that the warehouse at the end of ROTLA was "Area 51."
I don't think that it existed back then--if at all. At least not the way most people see it as. During WW2 the government had bomb testing in that Nevada region. Probably not a good place to put a warehouse that may hold anything of importance.
But in "movieland" it makes for an interesting part to a story.
