What should the new Indy Slogan be?

I'm not sure if this is in the right place, but what should the new slogan be?


I like "Adventure Rides Again"

Lets think of some that could work.


I mean we had:

"If adventure has a name, it must be...Indiana Jones" for the ToD

"Have the Adventure of you life, keeping up with the Jones' " for LC

and I can't remember what the one was for RotLA

From one of the better Indy 4 fan posters: "Adventure never grows old."

Here's one I came up with, based on all of the Mutt=Indy's son rumors:

"This summer, adventure runs in the family."

I think both would be appropriate.


EDIT: Here's another I just thought of; sort of inspired by the Goonies poster:

"A mysterious skull.
A ruthless adversary.
A lost kingdom.
It could only be....Indiana Jones."

"Adventure's back"

Here's one that will now happen:
First, courage. (Rocky Balboa)
Then, action. (John McClane)
Now, adventure's back!

He is the original Tomb Raider...He discovers more than just Mummies...and he is a National Treasure....he Is...INDIANA JONES!

I think they're actually called taglines... but anyway.
How about...

An Adventure Worth Waiting For...

or

An Adventure 65 years in the making... (a play on JP's tagline and Ford's age for those who didn't get it)

or

This time it's the years AND the mileage!


... The Adventure Never Grows Old tagline is pretty clever.

Gobi-1, that's an AWESOME poster. I love it. Add Marion, and I think you'd have it.

I also like the "Adventure 65 years in the making..." a lot. Very evocative of Jurassic Park.

"He's back...for one last grand adventure."
"Adventure STILL has a name..."
"The Doctor is ready to see you now...for one last grand adventure!" :rolleyes:
"Hold on to your hat...he's back!"
"Join the Quest Memorial Day 2008."

How do you like 'em?

Hmmm...seems like we've lost a lot of posts. Did the site crash last night?

Anyway, I don't think they'll refer to it as his "last" adventure. They'll want to keep the option open for more sequels, however remote a possibility that may be. Even the official site says "next adventure", not "last".

Love it, though the casual movie goer won't get the reference. It's a great tagline for Indy fans both excited for this and those skeptical about his age. They can play off the fact he's old with humor, though I don't want to see any "I'm getting to old for this" humor within the movie, just perhaps in its marketing.

"I'm getting too old for this. I should sink a well down here and retire."

He was too old for it apparently in 1938. I'd hate to think what he thinks of himself now. Perhaps drinking from the cup gave him a boost of energy for awhile. lol.
