Naughty Dog claims to be using only 30-to-40% of the PS3's power. Greek site Game Over conducted an interview with one of the PR guys that said something to the effect of, everything the SPEs had to do in the first game, they were able to push onto the Cell thus allowing them to get more out of the processors.
You can check out the video here. Pay attention to the last couple of minutes.
Don't know if anyone saw this video yet, but it explains a bit more about the cinematic/machinima modes of the game! Looks pretty cool to me! Wonder if we ever get a chance to build our own levels though

I would say that it's highly unlikely that we'll get the opportunity to build our own levels, and definitely not with DLC on the table. While Naughty Dog hasn't officially announced any DLC (and won't until after the release date), I suspect that they'll support it while working on the third installment. If nothing more, than as a chance for them to hack a few things out, and get a better handle on the hardware.
Read some absolutely great news, which at the same time is probably equally frustrating:

UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves Fortune Hunter Edition
Fresh out of the Spike Sneak Peeks PAX panel comes a very special announcement from Naughty Dog’s Creative Director Amy Hennig — the UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves Fortune Hunter Edition!
Included in this special package is the game, exact in-game replica of the Phurba Dagger Artifact and stand, Collectible Art Book and Collector case autographed by Naughty Dog, plus a host of downloads.
And part of what makes the Fortune Hunter Edition a real fan collectible is that you can’t buy it — you can only win it! There will be several ways to win including right here on the Blog. Stay tuned as we’ll have more details on that in the very near future!
The BLOG POST doesn't say anything about what the contest will be or when it will start, but it's a sure bet that I'm gonna keep my eyes on this!
Unfortunately no. Damn that pre-order system, damn it to hell! I pre-ordered, but because I don't live in America-land, I don't get to enter the beta. Grossly unfair if you ask me.
Oh, apparently Uncharted 2 also has built in Twitter support.. Personally I wonder what the hell this will add; I mean, it's bound to be a great game on its own, so why bother with redundant stuff like this?
