Rob Zombie's Halloween

I still don't really know how I feel about this movie? Part of me is always excited at the prospect of another Halloween film, but Zombie so dropped the ball on the last one that I'm really ambivalent about a sequel! A film with Laurie at the center huh? Ok, when we get some more info regarding the story itself I'll know a little more where I stand.


By the time I got to the end of the movie when Laurie Strode was all smacked up and covered in blood, holding a gun, and screaming, I was like “THAT'S the Laurie Strode movie I want to make!"

So is Laurie now that she's all messed up from 'apparently' killing Michael and witnessing his murder spree, going to talk like William Forsythe in the sequel?:rolleyes:

I haven't seen Zombie's Halloween yet, though I would like to. If I do I'd check out a sequel.

The new Friday the 13th film looks pretty good so far though.

I think it's awesome that Margot Kidder will be in this, she played in the original Black Christmas (1974) which was the inspiration for the first Halloween.

Oh god there going with the Curse of Michael crap again.............lame



I really liked the first Zombie Halloween film because it made Mike human again now there doing this crap.

I'm gonna remain very skeptical about this...but, there are a few moments that look genuinely good. Only time will tell.
