Here are some of the pictures I have that I believe to be rare.
BTW Just scrolled through the entire thread and saw that Daley posted the pic with Kate Capshaw (wearing the indy fedora) and Harrison Ford. What a photo! Daley's was in black and white, I have a color copy. So that's why I included it still.
This next picture is one of the few that shows Pat Roach's role in The Last Crusade. He and his henchmen are in the bottom of the zeppelin. Pat Roach of course played Sherpa, German Mechanic, Thuggee in the other Indy's.

I wonder where the original Flickr uploader found them?And Citizen Kane, I have never seen that pic of Harrison & Kate in full colour, so that's a fantastic find! And I'm loving all of those behind-the-scenes effects shots too!
Here are two small pics that are very similar to pictures we've seen before, but these are slightly different shots/angles.
I've also recently come across a site ( www.dwshare.com )that features lots of Indy images - not particularly rare pictures, but generally in a much higher quality than I've seen before. Here is an example (and this has been reduced by Flickr, the original is 1536 x 1031 pixels)
