I noticed many things in ET that were closely related to the films like those traps in the Prague dungeons are taken directly from LC (the penitent man will pass) and the chase through the Hong Kong streets was kinda like the one from ToD, the escape from prison in Istanbul was like Cairo in "Raiders", any more?

Prague generally reminded me of Last Crusade (where Indy rescues his father from Castle Brunwald). The chase scene in Hong Kong reminded me a helluva lot like Indy, Willie and Short Round's race to the airport. Generally, Istanbul reminded me a lot of Raiders as did Ceylon and of course there's the poison darts as well!
The Silent Guardians were almost reminicent of Temple of Doom (red walls etc).
There's also a similar style to the 'Path of God' Challenge in LC in the Temple of Kong Tien level of ET.
There are probably loads more which I can't think of right now...
