It was a pretty long process.
For the
Indiana Jones and
Raiders logos, I just traced the originals in AutoCAD (a vector graphics program used mostly for architecture), then exported them to Rhinoceros (a similar program which produces 3D renders).
The other logos were created entirely in Rhino as curves, using the Safari font family as a starting point. I tried, when possible, to use letters I'd traced from the original logos.
In order to get the perspective right, I laid out the letters over the traced original logos. I scaled each letter individually to line up with the original logos.
The rest involves PhotoShop, and goes sort of like this tutorial.
