That's probably the other game they were talking about. Earlier this summer, game play footage surfaced on line of a supposed Ghostbusters game, under the working title Time-O. The makers said that if they were able to acquire the GB license from Sony, they would complete the game. If they weren't able to, then they would remove any GB references and release it simply as a GB-like game titled Time-O.

Obviously, that earlier game is probably having problems now that this official Ghostbustersgame is coming out, since it's being made by another company entirely.

The Time-O footage used to be on YouTube, but was removed at the request of Columbia, which caused many people to believe they decided to grant the license to the company behind it. But from what I read about the new info that surfaced, it appears Columbia has instead given the license to Universal, who is making the game through Vivendi.

Mass Effect is being released today!!! I already had arranged to miss a class to visit a friend coming home from the holidays, but we already hung out this weekend. Why waste an excused absence and not get home early to play this game? lol

I've heard some disturbing things on both it's length and framerate. Still, most reviews give it great scores so hopefully I can look over those things. Replay value should be better than any of their other games so perhaps the shorter than usual length won't be such a big deal

Assassin's Creed looks interesting. I may give that a rental this weekend. The Middle Ages setting is a nice change of pace.

As much as I hated the previous GTA games, GTA IV looks pretty darned awesome. I may have to get that.

The Bourne Conspiracy looks pretty cool too. At first I wasn't interested because Matt Damon's likeness wasn't being used (Matt Damon is Jason Bourne as far as I'm concerned) but the reports on how fun and awesome the combat is sounds cool. And it's not a rehash of the movie's plots. It's going to be its own continuity just as the movies are separate from the books.

Oh, and I think I'll get Force Unleashed. It's been a while since I got a non-LEGO SW game.

Looking forward to playing Metal Gear Solid 4, Assassins Creed, Tomb Raider: Underworld, and Burnout: Paradise City for the PS3 and Mario Kart for the Wii.

Uncharted is amazing, by the way. I can't say enought about how great this game is. The latest Ratchet and Clank for PS3 was good also.
