Apologies, didn't know that. Its interesting though, it means the film is very jungle centred.

I'm gonna speculate that the duel will be between Indy and Cate Blanchett's villain character. It'll be a whip v.s sword smackdown.

Yeah seriously...I'm sure it's meant to be a joke. Hey, it got a laugh out of me!

As far as set pieces go, the more I hear the more I'm reminded of a couple of set pieces from SMFM. There was a waterfall and river chase/fight in that and such a chase was also in Monkey King. The story will be different but some of the elements as we've seen in the films past, will be in KOTCS. The river scenes were quite good in SMFM, probably the best and most Indy-esque in that particular script. A waterfall made an appearance as well, I recall. Another chase from SMFM is in KOTCS. The chase around the campus and through New Haven is similar to the street chases and campus after the first wedding scene in SMFM.

However from what we've heard and think we know... The jungle is really where the major MacGuffin is and doesn't happen at the beginning as per that script we can only refer to.
