Has anyone else noticed that in the link to the complete hasbro Indy toyine that it shows a picture of the Mutt figure with what appears to be the spear of destiny? I don't know if we should read into this too much because it also appears that in the Dovchenko figure picture is the skull goblet used in ToD to hold the blood of Kali. What the hell?

No link whatsoever. Each figure will come with a relic that pertains to the movies or a real life artifact.

The figures include historical artifacts. They’re not always actually associated with the films the figures coincide with. They’re not even always associated with one of the films to begin with. The “Cemetery Warrior” is shown with another artifact, the Mask of Agamemnon, that’s also unlikely to be featured in the film. I think they’re expanding into other areas because there are only so many idols and relics you can do that are actually included in the movies themselves. I don’t even mind, I find it mighty cool actually - and educational. It will certainly get kids curious - and that’s a good thing.
I think we can safely conclude that the earlier mentioned Chronik von Akakor (Chronicle of Akakor) by Karl Brugger must at least be an important inspiration in the KotCS script: the native warrior in the just revealed Hasbro line is labelled an Ugha warrior.
The "chosen" native people in the aformentioned book is called the Ugha Mongulala. When the KotCS key temple feature is almost called Akakor (Akator in KotCS) and an associated native is an Ugha we're up to more than a coincidence.
I don't think so, John Hurt's hair is different than that figure's.
Perhaps someone can answer this for me. Is what was shown in that toy fair slide-show thing just a sampling of the figures we'll see, or is that all we'll see from KOTCS (i.e. no Marion, Mac, John Hurt, etc.)

Who knows.Maybe the hair is part of the mask and the whole thing slips off...

Yes like Metal said that Hair is fake, part of the skull, you can tell. I still think that's John Hurt. Perhaps He and Indy will have a fight b4 realising its one another.

I was thinking something along the lines of Indy and co are at a cemetery digging up a crystal skull when they get attacked by natives. The cemetery warrior pops out and scares off the natives because they think he is some 'Undead' warrior or something...

That's what I too, believe. I believe that they fear him, for wearing a skull, as if they think he's a god or something.

Wouldn't be much of a fight as, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't John Hurt an elderly man?
