A question about Walter Donovan.

Who else thought when he drank the wrong grail as he was dying, he looked like Christopher Lloyd before his eyes turned into raisins?

Not the first one to think of this, as it turns out.

I actually seem to recall one that used video rather than stills, but I do not know where it might have gone, if it ever existed.

Nothing. He and his posts have been taken out back.

Now, we return you to your regularly scheduled Indy-BttF mashups.

Haha, is death is my fave. It might not be as "grand" and "glorious" as the opening of the ark's deaths - but I prefer it over them. Crusade had been quite tame until that moment where he suddenly starts rotting, and so it was quite a shock. Elsa's sceams and Donovan's growls as he ages combine to make the scene more disturbing, and I like the fact the deaths on more of a "personal level" as opposed to a mass of people being obliterated. I like the way he is "attacking" her too by grabbing her neck!

When I was small I used to have to close my eyes/leave the room when that bit was coming - it really does come out of the blue compared to the rest of the movie!

I have often wondered how Willie Scott would have coped witnessing Donovan's aging!

I have to admit, I've always thought so too. And I also have to say that BTTF is probably the besttrilogy ever, since now both Indy and SW are not limited to three films. (You could make the argument that SW is really two trilogies, but...well, whatever.) (Not to take away from other good trilogies ala LOTR and others...but it's BTTF!)

I wished Donovan could have built a Flux-Capasator in case he chooses the wrong grail.

Hahaha,

Aww, BttF... reminds me, and this may very well be the wrong place to post this, so...

Anyway, a brother of a friend of mine once prank called a local automotive garage/store and upon the employee greeting his call asks "Hi, do you guys happen to have a flux capacitor for an '84 Delorean?" and the mechanic goes "Uh, well, I'll take a look." then returns to say "Um, we don't have any in inventory so I'll look around.". 10 minutes surpass before he returns (apparently looking for a "Flux Capacitor" at the front computer) to say "Yeah, I can't find anything he-- HEY! This is somuthat BACK TO THE FUTURE SH*T, ISN'T IT?! and my buddies brother busted and hung up.

You know what would have been funny? if Donovan as he was dying would talk to Indy saying "remember me Indy? when i shot your father, i talked just like....this! Blarggggggggggggggg".

But one thing i don't understand, why did the false grail age his clothes too? i thought it was suppose to be flesh that has to age from drinking it.
