Anyone in the Chicagoland area should know that the TRU by Fox Valley mall off of Rt. 59 in Naperville had the entire LC wave on the pegs. As of about 2:30 p.m. they had 2 Vogels, 2 Elsa's, maybe 3 Henry Srs' and a bunch of Young Indys, Tie Indy and Grail Knights.
They also had two Akator Temples on the floor. I didn't buy any figs because I had that whole wave, but I did pick up one of the Temples. I pushed the other Temple back on the shelf and slightly behind some Marvel stuff they had next to it. I put one Elsa and 1 Vogel behind the temple, to help out any local area Indy fans know where to look!
hahaha, awesome. We Indyfans have got to band together like this more often! I've already got the whole wave, and Naperville is a little far for me, but I appreciate the effort nonetheless. I'm sure there are others more in need than I anyway.
Dude, tell them to look behind the Akator playset on the bottom shelf, and also tell them to hold Akator for you!!!!
I would've bought them for someone here had I had the cash, but dropping forty bucks on Akator was a helluva impulse buy, man.

I'm sorry man. I tried.... I was on lunch and in a hurry so I saw, grabbed, slid and hid, paid and left. I feel kind of guilty now and wish that I'd hid that stuff in the Barbie section or something.
I'll continue to keep my eyes open for you though of course.
On a side note, a friend of mine mentioned that the TRU in Bloomingdale had an Akator too, but I have a feeling he may have been confusing that Akator race set thing with the Akator 3 3/4" playset.

Damn, I feel for you, man. Those LC figs really are a hot ticket item it seems. I'll keep my eyes open out here in the stix for you, too.
