Help! Please!

I purchased Mario Party 8 yesterday for the Wii, yet I have one really big problem. Actually there are two problems.

We have only one Wii Remote and it's nigh impossible to find a Wii Remote that's not more than $40 dollars. Almost all stores are selling the Wii Remote for $39.99 dollars and that's plain awful. Does anyone know where I can find a Wii Remote for $29.99?

My second problem is that I can't find Mario Kart Wii anywhere! Not even online. I'd greatly appreciate your responses. Thank You.

Just looking through google shopping I came across this one for $20, and this one for $27.
