Indy Attractions

I thought it would be fun to discuss your favorite Indiana Jones attractions like the Epic Stunt Spectacular, Temple of the Forbiden Eye Ride, or even the Celebration V Show.

well i have only been to the "indiana jones stunt spectacular." and i have enjoyed it the three or four times i have seen it . but it is starting to get old , they need to re-furbish the stunt show a bit , maybe do the idol grab in the beginning and the second "filming" have to do with the temple of doom where indy is fighting the guards and then swings to the bottom of the stage into a mine car , that would be awesome to work with i think. and the last "filming" one could be about last crusade and maybe the tank chase. all are very adaptable to do , dontcha think?

Yeah the ESS is classic, but really does need an overhaul. Maybe to coincide with the Star Tours revamp.
It took me no less than 6 tries to see the show the entire way through. Every time I went it would get canceled or have to close early due to storms in the area.

I don't think there's a thing wrong with the show. It helps when you've only seen it twice (fully only once). I love how I get the same feeling I had when Indiana Jones was brand new to me when I see it. It brings back the stunts and atmosphere that makes Indiana Jones better than anything else. Seeing a full crowd of people clapping and cheering for Indy is an experience like no other.

Celebration V eh? Well seems to me all I can do is mourn. Indiana Jones as a franchise is almost dead thanks to Star Wars and the fact that Mr. Lucas isn't even listening to us as fans!

More Indiana Jones Lucas! Give us more Indiana Jones and stop milking Star Wars. You can only BEAT a dead horse for so long!

Other than that I like the Indiana Jones experience at Disney Land.

Well I go to Disneyland all the time (I love that place) and obviously my favorite ride there is Temple of the Forbidden Eye. Everything about it is just awesome. The design, the detail, the interactive elements in the queue, the pyro effects, the ride itself... simply spectacular. Some in-ride effects are starting to look a bit creaky though. Hopefully it will get a refurbishment soon.

Summer 2008 they had an Indy show geared towards young kids which was fun/funny to watch. They also had the "random acts of Indy" thing going on where Indy would pop up in Adventureland at various times of the day to fight a villain called the "desert thief". That was cool.

I've seen videos of the Florida stunt show on youtube. It looks pretty cool, but I much prefer having the ride!
